About Us

School History

Molemuni Girls' High School started in the year 2008 as a mixed day secondary school with a population of 45 students. Now the school has grown to population 415 students. It was a brain child of Molemuni Primary School which offered the school workshops which served as the first classrooms. It is strategically located barely off Mombasa - Nairobi Highway, 600m from Kambu Town in Makueni County. It is a fast-growing school in all aspects ie both academically and in co-curriculum activities.

School Administration

Molemuni Girls High School is a district public school run by The Board of Management in conjunction with a supportive PTA.

The administration of the school comprises of the following: Non-teaching staff, discipline committee, staff welfare committee, academics committee, guidance & counselling and games committee. With the exception of the non-teaching staff, the others are standing committees made up of teachers.

The non-teaching staff include the secretaries, cooks, watchmen and grounds men are there, principally to perform the respective duties which are beyond the scope of the students. The students do the sweeping, dusting, cleaning and moping of all the rooms in the school
