Languages Report
The department comprises two subjects, that is, English and Kiswahili.This department prides itself as pace setter department that has been consistently posting exemplary performance in the national exams and as such has contributed immensely to good overall mean score posted by the school.Being core subjects, alot of significance is placed on English and Kiswahili since good performance in them translates to good overall academic performance.
One of the major challenges facing the department is the issue of "sheng".This problem is not unique in Molemuni Girls' High School and poses a threat to correct language use and expression.We are vigilant in ensuring that the language policy of the school is adhered to.
This department enjoys alot of support from the school administration which sponsors teachers to attend seminars and workshops.The department endeavours to elevate performance in languages to an outstanding level.
